Ok, BREAKFAST , FIRST ! ! !


Ok, breakfast..why breakfast tu penting…and perlu ke kita nak ambik tau..why we must take a breakfast..

Ok but sometimes aku pun buat do now je..endah tak endah la…bab kadang2 tu malas..bab tak tau nape perlu breakfast..


Ok actually, breakfast is very la important and important lagi dri lunch kita tu dengan dinner kita time malam tu…sebab nye breakfast ni gives us energy macam power tu..tapi power tu bkan la macam hero-hero kat luar sana tu…ni power breakfast je sarapan pagi…


Ok breakfast yg baik to helps us stay healthy and happy and throughout the day juga tau…

So kita kene la breakfast pagi-pagi to cover stomach kite ni..ala alas perut la tu…


And breakfast tu mesti la kene nutritious , berkhasiat…supaya sihat badan kita..lebih kurang cam gitu la…so made breakfast like habits item in morning..pagi kita before pergi kerja ke, school ke, ape ke, nak bayar hutang ke $ , nak bayar cukai itu cukai ini…breakfast dulu…bukan nye suruh buat ayam perap barbecue ke ape…buat yg simple je..


Ok, nak buat susah buat pe..nape pagi-pagi nak penuh kan meja gan 10 jenis makanan kot…kalau pagi nie…”ok pagi nie kita mkn resepi ayam ye” = menu…ayam pangang, ayam rempah, ayam kunyit, ayammmmmmmmmmmmmmm, ayammmmmmm… oh ayam…nasi tak mandang mane boleh….air pulak nak yg manis-manis….no..no..no..no..no….no fat food in your breakfast..INGAT ! ! !


lantak la air jernih ( air masak la tu = puteh ) ke sekeping roti gardenia kosong cicah je pun oka la….made it like your breakfast sudah la…jangan bagi perut tu kosong…sian tau kat dia…lapar je….ngeeewwwrrrrrrrrrr~~~~( bunyi perut ) <= xtau buat bunyi sebenar nye..hehehhe....


So tolong lah, TOLONG, please remember that kita kena ambik breakfast everyday....
